Why the International Resilience Leaders Forum @ MSPO 2026
For the first time in MSPO history, civil protection and civil defence meet at one table — invitation only, for leaders in policy, market development and solution validation.
The International Resilience Leaders Forum (IRLF) is an ICCSS and Targi Kielce initiative responding to the need for a single, credible meeting place for the societal resilience sector.
The forum brings together public decision-makers, solution providers and validating communities — to turn rising budgets and regulation into concrete standards, contracts and international cooperation.

Launch of preparations for the 1st International Forum on Societal Resilience, Civil Protection and Civil Defence at KIELCE IFRE-EXPO (10–12.06.2027) — a trade, congress and training hub for resilience. Invitation to participate in the STRAŻNIK System pilot — an interactive resilience self-assessment programme built directly on statutory obligations, whose first edition will cover 15–25 municipalities from September 2026 to March 2027, with an individual report, feedback session and a collective picture of Polish local government resilience presented at KIELCE IFRE-EXPO 2027.
